With 22 years of experience in the mortgage business, Sr. Loan Officer Attila Anthony Kossanyi believes that stewardship and education are the keys to a successful homebuying journey. Guided by his faith and a deep commitment to serving others, Attila leverages his extensive industry knowledge at Ruoff Mortgage to guide clients seamlessly through the financing process, ensuring they feel confident, valued, and informed every step of the way.

Outside of the office, Attila is a proud resident of South Carolina, blessed to live on the beautiful shores of Lake Murray. He and his wife, Kym, have been happily married for 31 years and are deeply rooted in their local community, where Attila serves as an active member of both the Chapin Chamber of Commerce and the Rotary Club.

Family is at the center of Attila’s world, and he takes immense pride in his children’s unique journeys: his son, who builds race cars in Northern Michigan, and his daughter, who serves as a Marketing Director in New Zealand. Whether he is helping a family secure their dream home or spending time out on the water, Attila approaches life with a grateful heart and a passion for community.
